KK Way is the private fleet for Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co., Inc., hauling premium windows and doors nationwide. We value our drivers and strive to create a supportive, long-term environment—our current drivers average over 23 years of service! All routes are out-and-back with guaranteed time off in between. Most runs have you home weekly, while West Coast routes run 10–11 days out with 3–4 days at home. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred lanes, but some flexibility is appreciated.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay package made up of mileage, hourly, and drop pay.
  • Average driver made $98,000 last year, with 40% making over $100,000. Expect to make $90,000-$95,000 year one.
  • Excellent benefits: health, dental, vision, short- & long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation.
  • Safety bonus of 2+ cents/mile paid quarterly.
  • Additional 4 cents/mile on entire trip for runs into Canada.
  • Breakdown, weekend, and layover pay.
  • Cell phone and shower reimbursement (company credit cards provided).
  • New, premium spec tractors - HVAC units, power inverter, Sirius/XM radio, TV, and refrigerator. No slip seat
  • $2,500 driver referral bonus

What You’ll Do

  • Safely transport high-end windows and doors to partners across the U.S. (and Canada, if you choose).
  • Assist with unloading and verify product counts at delivery.
  • Average 2,000-2,800+ safe miles per week.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum two years of safe Class A driving experience.
  • Physically able to handle unloading windows and doors.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
  • A professional attitude and pride in representing Kolbe.
